Government approval 1/500 expanding Marina Casa Resort
On May 14th 2019, the Provincial People’s Committee approved the task of details construction planning rate 1/500 Expanding Casa Marina Resort Quy Nhon.
The site is located on the west of National Highway 1D, with an area 12ha. The goal is to expand and expand Resort Casa Marina into a 4-stars luxury resort with total investment capital is VND 250 billion. The expansion of the project to the west to connect with the old project constitutes the overall project of eco-tourism with both mountains and sea. The project is designed be well-known K.A Studio who have received many architecture awards and contributed in this major.
